A new place on the map of Pruszków
Ultimately, the BLANCO housing estate will consist of seven cozy multi-family residential buildings offering a total of 300 apartments ranging in size from 37.5 m2 to 87 square meters.
During the first phase, the available apartments will range from 40 to 88.5 m2.
Everyone will get a chance to find something for themselves. Within the project there will be 2,3 or 4-room apartments available. The apartments will have loggias, balconies, terraces and gardens.
Additionally, future residents of the estate will have parking spaces in an underground garage. There will also be a playground for children at the estate (phase II of the investment).
